Overview:Who are we?Collaboration Betters The World ( ), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines.As a Business Controller, you will join our corporate functions, who are accompanying our consultants during their whole journey. We are the Human Resources, Account Management, Accounting, Legal, Support, Finance, Marketing and Communication departments. Responsibilities:What is your role?You will be joining a team of the CFO Benelux.As a Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for:Operational :

• Participation in the development and continuous improvement of weekly reporting for all Belgian services lines (knowledge of Power Bi is a plus).
• Based on relevant KPIs, implementation of weekly operational data analysis.
• Consolidation and control of information reported at a group level from different tools or communication channels.
• Support for the sales department in their activities.
• Carrying out ad hoc analyses on behalf of various internal actors.

Financial :

• Participation in the Belgian budget process.
• Production of monthly analytical financial statement for all Belgian services lines.
• Improve financial monthly reporting by working closely with accounting to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Follow-up and review of time tracking (Microsoft Nav, JIRA,…).
• Analyse and report monthly results and compare them to budgeted figures.
• Improving the structure and quality of monthly reporting in the context of the evolution of the Group’s information systems.
• Participate in the calculation of sales bonuses and the production of necessary documentation.
• Ad hoc analyses and responses to requests for information from the Group.
• Analysis of monthly billing in comparison with available data in timesheeting.

Qualifications:What is your profile?

You:

• Have a Master’s degree specialising in Finance & Management.
• Have at least three years of experience in Audit, Finance or Business Control.
• Are solution-oriented and interested in hands-on experience.
• Are at ease with the Office Suite, have knowledge of VBA & Power BI or other BI, analysis tools are a plus.
• Are native in French or Dutch, and are fluent in English.
