Contract Type: Temporary – 12 monthsJOB PURPOSEAmcor Flexibles EMEA is in a period of significant and exciting change with key transformation projects in progress across the businesses and functions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Change professional to play an integral part in helping the operations function maximize the outcomes of these projects as well as helping to increase employee adoption.Reporting to the Business Change Manager Operations, this role will work closely with the HR Leadership team (HRLT), Project Directors and PMOs.Involved in all aspects of business lifecycle you will shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more transformation programmes within one or more business areas, from stakeholder analysis though to adoption measures aligned with Amcor Change management principles.We are looking for a highly driven, adaptable, and passionate business change expert who is focused on delivering business outcomes. You will also be part of establishing a strong change capability, improving Amcor Flexible’s EMEA ability to plan, design, implement change in the future.JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for our transformational projects in central operations.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the transformational projects and initiatives, including but not exclusive to:

o Preparation of stakeholder and audience analysis including refinement or creation of personas
o Facilitation change management sessions with the business to identify change management requirements and execute change impact assessments
o Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of changes including training and communication plans in close collaboration with talent management and communication teams
o Execution of business readiness assessments ensuring the business is in a place to adopt change
o Support the identification and design of adoption metrics to ensure the change is successfully embedded.

  • Support change management capability building across the operations function, and leadership team.
  • Act as a go-to expert in change management, to apply the use of business group change management process and tools

MAJOR CHALLENGES & COMPLEXITIES

  • Influencing outcomes across cross functional teams without authority and where expectations and / or priorities may be different.
  • Supporting multiple initiatives and handling multiple stakeholders at any one time.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adjust priorities according to direct business needs, at times having to redirect efforts quickly when priorities are reassessed

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES / INDICATORS
1. Deliver Change Management for identified programme/portfolio of change
2. Deliver all change outputs and deliverables as agreed with the programme/project manager
3. Request continual key stakeholder and sponsor feedback
4. Gather end-user feedback via change readiness and post implementation surveys
5. Comply with Amcor policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS1. Formal Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in change management
  • Proven experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools running major projects (Change management certification desired, PROSCI preferred )
  • Experience in interpreting concepts and presenting to all levels in the organization

2. Specific Skills and Abilities

  • Strong planning and organizing skills (Good attention to detail and execution skills)
  • Holistic, End-to-end thinker with the ability to connect the dots and anticipate issues
  • Good problem-solving and root cause identification skills (ability to find pragmatic solutions)
  • Good working knowledge of change processes / tools
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, the ability to quickly build an understanding of current operating models in areas that are targeted for transformation
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, able to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Data savvy and able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations
  • Fluent in English, knowledge any other language would be a benefit
