Then OSE-listed Stolt-Nielsen might be the place for you.We are looking for a Business Application Consultant-Oracle HCM Cloud. In the coming years, we aim to automate more of our processes and leverage Oracle’s capabilities.Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.What you will be doingAs our Business Application Consultant you will enhance our HR processes and applications on a global scale. You will analyze existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with the HR department to understand their needs and provide tailored support.Key Responsibilities

• Develop processes and applications based on business needs.
• Document new designs and update existing technical and functional documentation.
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
• Collaborate with the service team to resolve issues.
• Prepare and execute system test plans.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and identify improvements.
• Ensure technical designs and applications meet specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, or similar.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience in Fusion Data Intelligence and OTBI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• Strong communication skills and exposure to international environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical skills will be considered a plus.
