To support our data governance initiatives for our CRM Project, we are recruiting a Business and Data Analyst to open this function in Turin, Italy. The Business and Data Analyst will actively contribute to analyze CRM major data quality and process following our Governance framework.The role
Some of the responsibilities will include:
– Analyze As Is data quality as per Governance Framework (completeness, consistency etc)
– Propose concept to Project Team to support their needs and move towards the To Be process to sustain data quality
– Set Cleansing procedure across our Governance Network as well as drafting SOP to facilitate Data – Governance in their routine activities
– Participate and contribute within our Data Governance Organization
– Report and share the work progresses to Global Data Governance in Geneva
– Federate people around quality framerwork and governance conceptsQualifications and Experience
Required skills and experience:
– Analytical Skills: ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, patterns and insight and draw meaningful conclusions to inform business decisions.
– Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Excel , process design will all be tools that will support the analytical skills required above.
– CRM Expertise Experience on CRM project implementation is a plus
– Soft Skills: Team player, curious , willing to learn and willing to share, federate people around a topic

Desirable skills and experience:
– Experience working in a Shipping or Logistic Company will be a plus.
– BPMN certified as a plus.
