Job description

This is a remote position.As a Business Analyst, expert in processes and procedures typical for the Banking sector, you’ll participate in projects that will promote the Digital Transition. You will work with customers’ business users and SMEs, other analysts, project managers in order to share strategic vision of the Digital Transformation, define goals, individuate IT artifact that can boost the Transition and collect and formalize business requirements. Moreover, you will work with project managers and technical engineers, developers, AI experts, to design and build IT solutions based on the business needs.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for one of our biggest and most innovative Clients, where you will contribute to their deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of important companies worldwide. • Supporting the end-user adoption.

• Understanding and embracing the customer Digital Transformation.

• Gathering business requirements for the IT services that support the Transformation.

• Writting technical documentation.

• Collaborating with PMs to functionally drive the developments team.

RequirementsYou have an experience as a senior Business Analyst, Functional Analyst and Technical Analyst in the area of Digital Transition in Banking sectors and a good understanding of the business needs of the organizations and ability to interact with client’s SME in order to define business objectives and gather business requirements.

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Ability to produce high-quality documentation about solution design.

• Ability to interact with the customer to provide regular updates about the work in progress.

• Ability to reverse engineer complex processes and large programs and investigate business logic in the absence of specific documentation.

• Ability to perform data exploring and derive business rules and correlations directly from data.

• Solid technical background related to:

o z/OS System – Mainframe,o programming languages Cobol, JCL, SQL,o knowledge of OPC batch management,o knowledge of RDBMS Db2 for z/OS and related user interface clients SQuirreL and QMF for Windows,o IDZ IDE and, preferably, the Charisma plug-in and the Grappa configuration management system.

• Intermediate knowledge of English language, level B2.

• Some travel may be required based on business demand.
