• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment;
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience in developing business cases, user stories, and roadmaps, with knowledge of data and AI tools;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and adaptability to changing technologies;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
• Ability to influence product adoption among various stakeholders and translate market trends into actionable insights;
• Excellent team player with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining diligent attention to detail;
• Located in Poland;
• Fluent in English.

This role requires someone who can work globally across multiple business units, understand user personas and journeys, and translate them into actionable user flow diagrams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to prioritize features, provide insights into market trends, and develop AI and data tools. You should be skilled in developing user stories, roadmaps, and business cases while championing the MVP concept. Strong communication and the ability to influence product adoption are essential.By joining us, you gain the following:
