We strive to modernise and reimagine the IT landscape to ensure both scalability and composability to meet existing and future business needs, and we would like your help to rethink the way things are done in our industry to offer our customers a superior experience.What you will doWe are seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives to improve our Supply Chain capabilities, in particular the implementation of a new forecast and replenishment system, which we are currently in the final stages of preparing for Proof of Concept for one of the major entities of the STARK Group.As a Business Analyst for Supply Chain Planning area, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvements by gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into concrete specifications that can be understood by developers. Acting as a liaison between the technical team and the internal stakeholders of STARKs business units.In your role, you will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and end-users to understand business’s needs. You will do this to ensure that the Supply Chain Planning requirements are fully understood, specified accordingly, and well-integrated with other parts of the organisation.You will be joining a team that’s a blend of external consultants, freelance developers, STARK Group IT, and local resources from the STARK business units.In your daily work you will work in a small but effective team of a Product Owner and a Business Analyst. Your work will initially focus on the Danish business unit but will eventually expand across the whole STARK Group including Germany, Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK.What you bringAs our future colleague, you have some years of experience working within the Supply Chain domain in multinational organisations, preferably a retailer. You have experience with standard systems in the supply chain domain and preferably the integrations hereof. You have a passion for interacting with your business peers to drive the understanding and documenting business the requirements. You have a track record of translating requirements into tangible actions for developers. You thrive working closely with technical delivery teams and stakeholders across the business.As a Business Analyst, you probably also bring the following capabilities and experiences:Expertise in Supply Chain processes and technologyProven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systemsExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and project management methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detailsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis position follows a hybrid working model, combining both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.
