1. Mission/Purpose:
- Define business requirements, oversee development, and provide ongoing support for applications that assist SmartSN (corporate and consultant) in an agile and efficient environment.
- Enhance application capabilities and improve the effectiveness of the SSN organization by implementing “New Ways of Working” in alignment with the SSN department strategy to create a digital and open working environment.
- Facilitate collaboration between the IT partner and Smart Services.
2. Key Responsibilities:Application Administration:
- Continuously improve (customize and develop) the applications.
- Ensure database quality by maintaining the completeness and correctness of data.
- Customize and enhance reports and dashboards as requested by users.
- Analyze problems, define corrective actions, and coordinate with the IT Partner as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
- Develop internal solutions using tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.
- Manage user accounts.
Internal Training & Communication:
- Create and maintain training materials.
- Communicate upcoming application releases and enhancements.
- Support the onboarding process for new users.
- Ensure users adopt the applications.
Application Expertise:
- Understand business needs, gather requirements, and draft functional specifications for the IT partner, collaborating with the CRM manager and other departments.
- Coordinate and oversee application developments, managing IT cases.
- Support the CRM Manager by providing business analysis and aiding in project planning, risk and issue management, dependency resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Managing Partners:
- Collaborate with outsourced application implementation partners such as Sparklink, Salesforce.com, Showpad, Connective, PDF Butler, and Amazon, contributing to solution design.
- Make decisions regarding timelines and development content.
- Ensure configuration, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
3. Specific Expertise:

- MLM business processes (selling, fulfillment, project/service management)
- Technical knowledge of applications, reporting tools, and databases
