As a Business Analyst Risk & Finance at the CC BFS team, your focus will be at the interplay between business and technology, having and building a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of various technologies.Responsibilities:· Business Consulting skills; being able to understand IT and at the same time being able to explain and present the results to the business stakeholders· Good understanding and experience of banking products- Facility, Collateral, Loans, Swap, FX, Equity, Guarantee, Derivatives· Working experience of core banking system preferably T24· Knowledge of Finance and Risk Regulatory reporting; Understanding of upcoming regulations like Basel 4, IFRS9, CRE etc.· Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Risk data, end to end data management for regulatory reporting· Understanding Data Quality / Data Lineage processes· Understanding of logical data models of regulatory product vendors (like WKFS) and further mapping process to core systems· Experience and knowledge of working with the Agile/Scrum· Experience of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Informatica Developer & Informatica Analyst is added advantage​

· Knowledge/experience of functional testing/validation· Should be data driven

• Valid EU visa or passport is a hard requirement

Our ideal candidate:

• University degree; MSc degree (preferably Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Management of Technology or similar).
• 4-6 years’ experience in Business Analysis and/or Consulting or relevant project experience with a focus on the Banking and Finance domain (experience and background in commercial and consumer lending, leasing and financial subscription models is a strong differentiator).
• Technology savvy, with a clear picture of where and how information technology can be used to run businesses better and different
• Knowledge and experience of case management tools, such as PEGA is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to and work at client offices
• Dutch native (preferred) and fluent in English
