Our client is a young and dynamic Belgian chain in retail oriented towards pharmacy and para-pharmacy. It has physical stores, beauty institutes and web shops. The group grows fast, follows an omnichannel strategy and has strong ambitions to grow even further. It is present mainly in Belgium but also in Italy. The group employs about 1000 employees.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes and work flows.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify key stakeholders and understand their needs and expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverable.
• Develop project plans and time lines.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Min. 3 years of experience as a business analyst
• Fluent in french and in English, dutch is a plus
• Team spirit, curious, ready to learn
