Look no further!We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to spearhead our store design transformation initiative. This endeavor is part of a dynamic journey, marked by the introduction of our innovative store design concept, Evoke, in 2021. As we continue to roll out Evoke, we anticipate gaining momentum in the upcoming years. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our transition to the Evoke concept by providing comprehensive planning and reporting support.Key Responsibilities include:1. Overseeing rollout of Pandora’s new store design (Evoke):

  • Monitor Evoke store growth, covering new openings, relocations, and refits.
  • Keep track of current store counts.
  • Monitor projected targets on a monthly basis and for future periods.
  • Assess the progress of the transition against the long-term plan, identifying any deviations.

2. Monitoring Evoke Sales Performance:

  • Analyze sales data from Evoke stores, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Compare performance against similar stores or initial business projections.

3. Managing Refit Approval Process:

  • Establish and oversee a structured approval process for refits.
  • Manage documentation and information for store investments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Act as the central point of contact for investment approvals, facilitating discussions and communicating decisions to stakeholders.

4. Ensuring Data Quality:

  • Collaborate closely with our global teams to gather, verify, and validate store count and related data.
  • Conduct data cleansing and adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability of information stored in our systems.
  • Implement solutions to maintain high standards.
  • Data controlling and validation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data management.
