As a business analyst at Product Control & Accounting WR, you possess the skills and mind-set to initiate, challenge and formulate cohesive solutions that support reporting entities to comply with regulatory and internal data requirements. You will be part of a diverse and ambitious team that takes ownership to deliver end-to-end solutions for a broad range of stakeholders.You and your talentYour technology stack consists of knowledge and experience within the financial domain. You are trained to effectively apply business analysis methods and best practices.Besides, you have a significant experience with wholesale banking products and you are familiar with Back Office tools like Calypso, Murex or Flexcube. You also know your customers, you possess great communication skills, and you are result driven. In addition, it’s important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:Must haves:7+ years or more working experience in financial sector as a business analyst or consultant;Experience in international projects;Experience in Markets and Treasury Products, i.e. Foreign Exchange derivatives;Experience in Corporate Banking Products, i.e Facilities and Letters of Credit;Agile/Scrum mindsetExperience with business analysis methods and best practices;Experience with database and data warehouse concepts;Excellent communication skills in English;Preferred:Knowledge of and experience with business rules;Experience with ETL tools/Informatica PowerCenter;Experience with Peoplesoft;🚨 To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.This is what we offer youa gross monthly salary between €4.292,- and €6.130,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week (40 hours not possible)).13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%.
