What is the Role:

The

Products, Retail team manages four core product sets—Mortgages, Personal & SME Credit, Current & Deposit Accounts, and Payments & Cards—across all AIB brands (AIB, EBS, Haven, AIBGB). With a group-wide focus, the team drives customer-centric propositions and supports the bank’s

Regulatory,

Sustainment, and

Strategic objectives. Our goal is to deliver reliable, simple products that ensure fair outcomes for customers while fostering a thriving environment for our business and colleagues.

The
AIB Mortgage Change Team partners with the Mortgage Products Team and key stakeholders to implement regulatory, strategic, and IT sustainment changes to the bank’s mortgage systems.

Key accountabilities:

-Lead the delivery of prioritized mortgage changes across systems and stakeholder groups, working independently or as part of a team, depending on the scope of the change.
-Identify and manage key dependencies that may affect overall delivery, ensuring they are addressed ahead of implementation.
-Proactively address challenges, issues, and risks, escalating to project/programme leads when necessary.
-Collaborate with the Change Management team, IT, and other stakeholders to support periodic mortgage changes, managing the full lifecycle from design to solution delivery.
-Represent the Mortgage Change team in workshops and working groups.
 

What you will bring:

-Qualifications:
APA in Loans and Regulation or QFA preferred.
-Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; project experience (preferably Agile); tools proficiency (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Blueworks).
-Experience:
Mortgage process knowledge and IT-business collaboration are advantageous.
-Traits:
Detail-oriented, self-starter, passionate about change delivery.
-Mortgage process knowledge would be advantageous
