Your role will contribute to this purpose by ensuring the business processes, technical infrastructure and systems are supporting the Logistics Team and wider EMEA priorities.Main tasks:Facilitate communication streams between 3PL partner and internal stakeholdersAct as the core Logistics Team representative for various internal cross-functional projects for Patagonia EMEAFacilitating internal and external projects through, but not limited to, planning, scope definition, resource management and ensuring successful interactions between 3PL partner and PatagoniaAct as the subject matter expert for Logistics business processes and systemsFacilitating regression & user/smoke testing for the Logistics business processesDefine areas for business process improvementsTranslate business needs into user stories, technical specifications and process models for the solutions powering the Logistics functionManage and collaborate with various stakeholders, attend status meetings with development partners and global colleaguesLead change management initiatives by carrying out impact analysis, training, and documentationAdvise on risk mitigating procedures during projects and process changesWhat we’re looking for:A love of the outdoorsAn interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your workBachelor or master’s degree or similar years’ work experienceAt least 4-6 years of experience in a similar role and experiencePlanning, organizational and project management abilitiesEnd-to-end experience in all aspects of logistics operations experience, preferably in apparelHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate colleagues, and elicit work output development of team members across multiple locations and functionsYou have a track record of experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment and the ability to be successful in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholdersFlexible, self-motivated, adaptable and hands onLanguage Skills: Fluent English, other languages an assetOther important details:This is a full time position, based in Amsterdam officeWe have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per weekWe strive to make unbiased decisions and to offer a great experience to every person who applies for a role at Patagonia.
