Plexus is our cutting-edge pension administration solution, and we’re all about making it standardized and consistent for our customers in Denmark and the Netherlands.What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate and Create: Work closely with our Product Owner, Business Analysts, Development team, and customers to tackle everything from analyzing bugs to requirements of new feature development.
  • Innovate and Investigate: Dive into self-driven analyzing and investigations, tackling the challenges of our complex application with the support of a fantastic team that’s always up for bouncing ideas around.
  • Contribute and Challenge: We believe the best ideas should win, no matter who they come from. Get ready to jump into pension knowledge and solution design discussions.
  • Improve and Implement: Transforming customer requirements into development and test tasks. Analyzing which parts of our complex system should be adjusted to support new features and our customers.
  • Stay Agile: We do SCRUM with two-week sprints but we’re not married to it. Flexibility is key, and we reprioritize work as needed to keep things efficient and sensible.

Key about your teamIn the Structure & Policy Changes team, we focus on product setup and configuration, handling key policy changes that policyholders experience throughout their lives. Whether it’s changing covers, contributions, agreements, or beneficiaries, we’re on it! Our team is packed with highly dedicated software experts who are cooperative and eager to do their best for our customers and each other.We’re a team of 24, split into two scrum teams. Half of us are based in Copenhagen, and the other half in Hyderabad, India. Despite the distance, we work closely and support each other every step of the way. You’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that loves tackling challenges and making a real impact.Key about youWe’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst who’s ready to dive into high-complexity systems and make a real impact. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Pension Knowledge: Got solid experience in the Life & Pension industry? Awesome! We need someone who thrives on diving into complex systems.
  • Eye for Detail: You’re naturally inclined to dot your i’s and cross your t’s, with a knack for investigating and problem-solving.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have experience with IT or implementation of IT system(s).
  • Agile Enthusiast: You enjoy working agile.
  • Team Player: You understand the value of teamwork, involvement, and compromise.
  • English Proficient: You’re comfortable communicating in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in software engineering and development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
