It actively furnishes the making of stronger business beyond and across geographies, size, and representation in the market.For more information, please visit .Your roleAs a Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business wishes and the (IT) solution. You will work together with the product owners and product managers, to clarify requirements and wishes and to translate them into solutions. In contact with the business, it is important that you inquire about the underlying goals. In the IT part, this position is the representative of the business and takes responsibility for developing the chosen ideas into concepts, features, and user stories. If necessary, you will be supported by colleagues; business/solution architects, and developers.This position will remain involved in the development, acceptance, implementation, and operations to achieve a good result and to ensure that the intended value is realized.Responsibilities

  • Identify business needs, determine solutions to business problems, and create a better understanding of the steps to successfully execute change.
  • Analyse services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements, in order to identify opportunities.
  • Translate product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
  • Supporting implementation, helping the development team to deliver quality by collaborating on the test design and user acceptance test.
  • Responsible for advice on potential Fraud risks or opportunities in the Fraud processes in our RiskShield applications.
  • Accessing the process from analyses to design, build, and deployment from a Risk-based perspective
  • Understand the Fraud-related needs of our clients and can translate these into procedures and opportunities for our development team.
  • Working together with IT team to ensure solutions are designed in line with IT architecture
  • Create clear requirement documents, including functional specifications, use cases and process flows, to guide the development team and ensure accurate implementation

Skills and expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong Knowledge & experience in the banking domain, financial products, and business processes. Especially in Fraud, and AML.
  • Knowledge and experience with common Integration technologies like APIs, Kafka, and Message schemas (JSON, AVRO, YAML).
  • Knowledge and experience with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) or KYC (Know your customer).
  • Experience working with Agile / Scrum / DevOps way of working.
  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • System delivery and IT operations (self-organizing team)| Nice to have!
