You will play a key role in data analysis, profitability calculations, and the communication of these findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop solutions to facilitate efficient monthly updates and engage in capital efficiency and performance management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses to refine capital allocation drivers and optimize business profitability.

• Execute detailed profitability calculations and data analysis to bolster business decisions.

• Effectively communicate analytical insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain SQL and Python scripts for automating monthly financial updates.

• Collaborate with various bank teams to ensure capital efficiency measures and performance management align with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Recent finance or related field graduate (e.g., cand.merc, cand.oecon, HD, or similar).

• Up to a few years of experience in the banking sector or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.

• Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Analytical, structured, and results-driven with emerging business insight.

• Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of initiating project leadership and solution development.
