Make us maintain our #1 position in customer satisfaction rating for corporate customers.We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team with the main responsibility to improve the product development in our Corporate Payments Overview (CPO) squad in collaboration with stakeholders, customers and the rest of the team. Anchored in Copenhagen, Aarhus and India, you will join a growing team in the Everyday Banking Corporate organization with more than 150 enthusiastic and enthusiastic colleagues based out of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, and India. The position is based in Aarhus.As a Business AnalystYour primary role will be to ensure the product development of our solutions in the corporate payments screens in District, our online banking platform for business and corporate customers. That means, you take lead on creating innovative solutions within your area of our portfolio into vision you set in collaboration with the team and our customers. We will be counting on you to utilize your innovative ideas and methodologies to ensure that your area is continuously growing and improving to support our customers daily.Stakeholder management and much more…. What will you do?

  • Stay on top of customer needs as well as legal and market requirements in the payments space
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders to capture and document requirements
  • Design new solutions in collaboration with the team and stakeholders and translate designs into requirements for IT colleagues.
  • Ensure close collaboration and drive pilots of new products with customers
  • Design and carry out testing on products that span multiple markets and customer types.
  • Identify, flag and proactively handle potential risks within a task / assignment / project

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive and designs customer centered experiences even when delivering on legal requirements. You enjoy follow market trends and customer needs and translating them into next generation products and features. To be skilled in this position you have significant interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate and build relationships across all organizational levels.What we imagine you bring;
