We are seeking a proactive and talented Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Ambulance Services sector in Western Europe. About the jobAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and documenting business requirements by collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts within the ambulance services domain.
- Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Building Power BI reports and analyzing data to produce actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Designing intuitive dashboards with a focus on user experience (UX) to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
- Facilitating communication between different teams and stakeholders involved in projects.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data practices.
- Providing informal leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members.
About youTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the transport or ambulance services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Experience in creating insights and advising on best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Previous experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python, with experience in developing reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of UX principles and dashboard design to create user-friendly and effective data visualizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and independent approach to work, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- A strong ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
