Role Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

– Develop and implement advanced chatbot solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and banking efficiency in line with the company’s strategic 2025 vision.

– Drive business analysis activities with a customer-centric approach, taking full ownership of projects from conception to deployment.

Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

– Possess a university degree or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis.

– Demonstrate expertise in chatbot and AI technology, with a solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects.

– Exhibit strong proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.

– Able to work in Belgium as a freelancer.
