Saxo is an investments bank, with high speed, global colleagues and we are looking for a Business Analyst to work within the AML program management and reporting team.The AML program is part of 1st Line of defense in Group Operations and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are currently a team of four dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our program. The responsibility of the program team is to ensure progress on the Financial Crime Prevention globally across Saxo.As our new Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to work closely with the reporting and data team to develop and implement multiple reporting solutions in accordance with regulation updates across jurisdictions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in business management tasks.ResponsibilitiesYou will have three key pillars:Working side by side with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partnerDriving and contributing to a full management reporting and information with data overview to enable informed decision-makingHandling coordination, administrative tasks, and support across the area with small projectsYour profileYou thrive in an environment with constant changes but have an eye for the details. You may have experience from the financial sector within financial crime prevention or are eager to expand your qualification in this area.The ideal candidate for the job:3+ years of experience in business management rolesProven experience in collaborating with and supervising stakeholders of all seniority levelsProven experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisionsSolid IT skills within MS Office
