We are looking for an IT Analyst/Business Developer with experience from the Financial area, preferably from a project driven organization. A fair degree of business acumen, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and collaboration skills and good task coordination are crucial.
Equally important is the ability to be versatile as the duties may increase or change over time.
The candidate must be able to work independently and must be able to facilitate the dialogue with various stakeholders regarding reporting needs and possibilities.If you have ESG experience that will be a plus but not a demand.
The right candidate will over time be involved in the business development and thus get more responsibility for the whole process.Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of databases and structured data handling

Experience level: 2-5 years (Advanced)For our client from financial sector, we are looking for BUSINESS ANALYST. ,[For the Regulatory Department and the ESG team, our client is looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst with a flair for data and SQL. You will be working in a team with 2 to 6 Danish colleagues and a number of consultants (the accurate number depends on the project)., After a short introductory phase in Denmark the candidate will become part of the ESG team where the work environment is characterized by openness, commitment, delegated responsibility, teamwork and professional as well as personal development., The team is responsible for securing that we deliver the correct data for the FIs ESG reporting. This is done in close collaboration with the FIs. The team is also responsible for monitoring future regulatory requirements and transforming them into user stories that include both data fields and user written SQL code for actual implementation in EDW. The ESG area is dependent on commercial funding wherefore the user stories are grouped into larger projects to be sold commercially., The candidate will have a daily contact with Danish colleagues but should also have the ability to be self-driven. The candidate will be the first dedicated nearshore member in the team, but we will set you up with Polish colleagues, with related responsibilities, that can help., The Danish team will also be available for assistance. The responsibility will be to take the high-level user stories (made by the Business developers in Denmark and the members banks) and find the data on the EDW and write first draft of the SQL that will fit the demands.] Requirements: Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Modern office, No dress code.
