DescriptionWe are looking for a Functional Analyst who will work within the ERP team of our client and report directly to the ERP Team Manager.As a Business Analyst:You analyze, estimate the workload and cost of changes.
You consider several possible solutions or approaches.
You assess the impact of changes on existing systems.
You ensure service continuity and good maintainability of the solution.
You make the necessary configurations or liaise with the developer / external solution provider if needed (based on the established specifications).
You update the reference documentation.
You develop a test plan, supervise tests, control quality, and ensure deployment.
You follow up and resolve incidents and problems.Profile

• Masters degree
• Proven experience in functional analysis (min 3 years)
• Experience with applications configuration.
• Experience with low code applications.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with interface middleware.
• Fluent in minimum one of the two national languages (Dutch/French) and a passive knowledge of the other one.
• Show good organization and great rigor in work.
• Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in service delivery.
• Listening skills, analytical ability, synthesis, customer orientation, and result orientation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
