This gives you a tailored approach that achieves success for you.You will be participating in the he DORA Programme initiative to implement compliance with the Digital Resilience Operations Act taking effect on 17th January 2025. To realise the implementation requirements we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to work full time. He/she is able to work closely with the Transformation Lead (Project Manager), the IT Project Manager under direction from the Sponsor and Programme Manager and colleagues in the various involved teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal) . The IT Business Analyst will focus on analysing the DORA articles, translating the articles into concrete deliverables, adjust the IT policies and procedures to be compliant to DORA in collaboration with the IT management team, implement the adjustments in collaboration with the stakeholdersOur client is one of the largest Insurance companies in Belgium.Tasks
- Focus on DORA articles analysis
- Translate articles into deliverables
- Adjust IT policies and procedures

- Review and analyse the articles
- Identify gaps
- Adjust policies and procedures
- Implement the solution to cover the identified gaps
About you
- Higher degree or equivalent through relevant experience (at least 3 years)
- Experience with Requirements interpretation and translating them into real actions
- Capable of managing and following-up on a concrete list of actions
- Experience working in an IT environment (knowledge of ITIL is a plus)
- Basic DORA knowledge is a plus
- Working in an insurance environment is a plus
- English and good understanding of French and/or Dutch
