The Business Analyst – Commercial Operations will support the development of our company in Poland, which focuses on the sale of energy related products and photovoltaic installations for medium and large companies.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSABILITIESThis role will integrate and support the Commercial Operations RoE department, in particular back-office operations team, within the EDP Energia Polska, is responsible for,

  • Develop and implement department-wide quality control measures.
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain communication with operations manager, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points.
  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
  • Oversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessary.
  • Ensure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
  • Monthly monitoring, updating, and reporting operational KPIs.
  • Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and vendors.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • ACADEMIC LEVEL
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, finance, engineering, etc. (any academic background that includes knowledge of business analysis).
  • A postgraduate will be valued.
  • REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1 – 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position (analytical position).
  • Looking for a professional with some experience in:
  • Business Analysis.
  • Monitor day to day operations, reports on performance.
  • Create procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees.
  • Industry background in energy (PV / Sales) is a plus.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
  • Building reports, analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools domain (mainly Excel and PowerPoint, high level required).
  • Productivity applications and platforms.
  • LANGUAGES
  • Fluent in English and Polish (mandatory).
  • Others is a plus.
  • SKILLS
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work productively with limited supervision.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
