ROLE PROFILE:Business Analyst and PMO is responsible for developing operating standards, process documentation as well as ensuring smooth functioning of the Customer Experience team in the Markets FX business. Working both with stakeholders in Product, Sales as well as frontline staff, this function is instrumental for critical transformational project delivery, including FXall in Workspace.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Work with End-to-End Customer Experience Design Manager to document business processes and workflows.Create and maintain quick reference guide documentation for business process and dataMaintain Customer Experience related sharepoint page, create and maintain documentation templates.Create presentations, process training materials and briefing decks for regular and ad hoc stakeholder meetings.Organize Customer Experience and process related meetings, manage the Customer Experience team event calendar including managing the agenda, minute taking and content collation.Manage and maintain Customer Experience documentation storage.WHAT YOU BRING:5+ years’ experience of working in the PMO and/ or business process analysis field.Proven track record of creating manuals, training and/ or training documentation.Experience in organizing and facilitating large-scale meetings including diverse audiences such as Sales, Operational, Product and Technical teams.Excellent communication and written skillsFamiliar with BPMN process design and documentation standardExposure to process documentation tooling, i.e. Visio, Business Optix, BlueworksDocumentation and training material design skillsExcellent PMO skills, including organizational, prioritization and framework building experience.Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
