We achieve this by gathering and sharing customer insights through a wide array of activities.

  • Develop and maintain a Behaviour Tracking Framework that collects extensive data on customer interactions across our digital platforms.
  • Create and manage dynamic Dashboards and Self-Service Tools in Tableau to democratize data and facilitate accessibility of insights.
  • Conduct analysis, e.g. of customers’ usage patterns.
  • Develop predictive models leveraging machine learning, Generative AI, and other data science techniques, with the aim of providing personalized digital guidance.
  • Facilitate Customer Panels, conducting Usability Testing, and administer Customer Satisfaction Surveys. All to gain a deeper understanding of customer perceptions towards our solutions and identify potential areas for improvement.

Your roleStepping into the role of a Business Analyst in our team, you will be involved in collecting and evaluating business needs – incl. legal aspects. You will be tasked with transforming the gathered information into specific data and analysis needs, and subsequently crafting clear user stories that resonate with your team. You will be extracting behavioural – and banking data across marts and tables. You’ll be performing a range of analyses using several data processing tools, all while collaborating with our data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders. You are enjoying and skilled in visualizing findings and communicating these effectively to our stakeholders.Additional responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of important documentation. When necessary, you will contribute to implementation activities. This may involve facilitating training sessions and generating support materials, such as business procedures and FAQs.Your profileWe’re seeking a dynamic, skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills. We’ve listed some key qualifications and characteristics that would make a perfect fit for our team:

  • Master’s degree in fields such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, utilizing tools including SQL, Tableau, MS Office, Python/pandas, potentially Alteryx, Hadoop, Airflow – ideally obtained within a large-scale corporate context.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, coupled with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
  • Proactive in understanding customer needs and incorporating these insights into the design and development of data and analysis products.
  • An explorative and solution-oriented attitude that thrives on overcoming challenges and adapting to changing requirements.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are good at presenting ideas, updates and results to team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English is required. Speaking or knowing Danish would be a plus but is not mandatory.
