(energy sector)Location: BrusselsWe are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Brussels and work closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems required by our business. As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the business architecture by conducting business process analysis and modeling, information model analysis, business requirements gathering, and logical design of future systems.Your Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis and Documentation: Work closely with the business to analyze and document business processes and activities, spanning the full range of capabilities and domains.
• Collaboration with Data Architects: Collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with project teams.
• Referent Architect Role: Coordinate functional and non-functional aspects of the architecture to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with architectural vision.
• Quality Analysis: Analyze the quality of functional analysis and logical architecture of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with the ICT strategy.
• Proactive Change Identification: Proactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy.

For This Role, You Should Have:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build a relationship of trust.
• Structured, Results-Oriented, and Customer-Oriented Approach: Demonstrate a structured approach focused on achieving results and prioritizing customer needs.
• Analytical and Synthesizing Skills: Clearly define problems and requirements, and determine solutions with controllable impact on mission-critical applications.
• Experience with Modeling Languages: Proficient in modeling languages such as Archimate, BPMN, and/or UML.
• Energy Sector Knowledge (Preferred): Background knowledge in the energy sector is an asset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
