Education and technical expertise
The requested expertise concerns the analysis of business needs of IT projects, their formal definition, the functional design of business processes and IT systems, taking into account security and data protection regulations. The selected candidate will be the bound between the IT sector and the Business.
The following expertise is required:
 Excellent analytical skills – minimum 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst
 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and French
 Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
 Good ability to manage meetings in a multi-cultural environment
 Good knowledge of information systems matters
 Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile)
 Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)
 Good knowledge of BPMN and UML
 Capability for identifying tests from business needs and translating them in the Agile way
 Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
 Good capacity to give high level presentations
 Ability to apply high quality standards

LANGUAGES
The consultants have to be fluent in English or French. Knowledge of the other language preferable (minimum 3/5).
Documents will be written in English.
