You are able to lead, impact and contribute to a rewarding user experience.About the roleTo strengthen our Digital Product team we are looking for a Business Analyst for our treasury capability.At Inter IKEA Systems we are at an interesting cross-road where we are changing our digital landscape and ways of working. Through our processes we support our treasury management and payment factory.In your assignment as a Business Analyst you will among others:· Engage with stakeholders and support the identification of needed improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic digital roadmap and plans.· Lead the analysis of the business needs and identify Digital Product Area requirements including application, data and assist business stakeholders in preparing the business case.· Support and challenge collected requirements from a business, risk and user perspective.· Secure to document and keep track of business needs/requirements for the Digital Product Area.· Support the Digital Product Leaders to ensure; • User stories and requirements are captured, clearly documented and have the correct level of detail required to facilitate backlog prioritization

  • Accurate acceptance criteria are captured within user stories to ensure they can be built and tested efficiently • Work towards a technical understanding of any current goal and translate these for stakeholders whilst highlighting tangible impacts and benefits • Positively contribute to all team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) • That the team’s work is showcased to the right stakeholders

· Collaborates and works closely together within the digital product area, for aligned architecture and business analysis across Inter IKEA.· Supports from an architectural perspective to perform the changes which deviate from the existing capabilities of the solutions.· Works with architecture for solution roadmaps, integration and consolidation of solutions
More InformationAbout youIn the role of Business Analyst, we believe you have:· Very good knowledge of the treasury business processes and how these can be enabled by technology. Work experience within these processes is a plus.· Knowledge of end-to-end business solution management processes.· Knowledge of digital technology, digital infrastructure and digital steering frameworks.· Good knowledge of business analyst methods and tools, including requirement management and testing.· Knowledge to facilitate requirement gathering workshops as required.· Experience in securing effective collaboration between development teams and business users.
