We’re on the look out for…📊 Are you a data freak with a passion for the hospitality industry?At Hawaiian Poke Bowl, we’re looking for a Data Analyst – Operations who loves diving into numbers and helping our restaurants run even more efficiently. Opening hours, location, events, weather, peak times… all these factors impact our business. Your job? Providing the right insights to optimize our operations!What will you do?Collect & analyze data: You’ll dive into our operations data to identify trends and patterns. Think about the impact of seasons, location differences, staffing levels, and peak moments.Propose optimizations: Based on your analysis, you’ll provide concrete recommendations on workforce planning, inventory management, and sales strategies. You will assist in implementing new systems, processes, and strategies based on these insights.Collaborate with teams: You’ll work closely with Operations, Digital, Finance, and Marketing to turn insights into action.Report & visualize: You’ll translate data into clear and actionable reports, ensuring managers can make quick and informed decisions. You’ll also play around with reports and dashboards, with support from our Data Architect.What will you do?✔ You have solid (initial) experience as a business analyst.
✔ You have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis (Excel, Tableau, BI tools, or other software). Affinity with AI is a big plus.
✔ You hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
✔ Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical teams.
✔ A proactive mindset, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
✔ Affinity with the hospitality/retail industry is a plus.
