To be successful in this role, you are not only a knowledgeable analytics professional, but you are also strong in connecting with both local and central teams and stakeholders in our Coffee Solutions business. We count on your mindset to create value and your get-up & go attitude to make impact in our value chain.In this role you get to work in the central Coffee Solutions team and will report into the Finance Director Coffee Solutions.Responsibilities

  • Monthly (KPI) reporting & analysis
  • Structural & ad hoc analysis to identify and provide visibility on business opportunities
  • Support central & local Coffee Solutions teams establishing comprehensive business cases
  • Build & maintain the Coffee Solutions Analytics Community
  • Be the source of information & data insights for several departments and markets

Given the nature of the role, we feel it is important for you to have a certain level of experience as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We do, of course, take into consideration your analytical skills and how much experience you have with successfully translating data into insights and actions, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.   • High autonomy, structured approach to work, proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights into recommendations & actions that create value.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect the dots. Understanding the business processes and their performance drivers (operational & financial)
  • Solid understanding of multiple source data and analytical platforms (e.g. SAP Hana/BW, PowerBI, AlteryX, Excel)
  • Compelling stakeholder management and communication skills (in English)
  • Passion for technology, data and learning new systems on the fly
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, working with both systems and people
