Job Description:At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in the Hague.What will you be doing in this role?

• Identify the organization’s business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare documents
• Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements
• Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.)
• Support the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders. Project Officers, and technical experts
• Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs
• Support the Technical Architect and Project Manager and other stake-holders
• Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing)
• Support the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users
• Ensure the compliance of all project-related activities with Eurojust’s rules and standards

Requirements:What will you be bringing to the team?

• Have a minimum high school diploma
• A minimum of 5 years work experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in ICT projects
• Knowledge of market research for selection of COTs products
• Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered advantageous
• Understanding of Security and Personal data management will be considered as an advantage
• Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered advantageous
• Should have strong communication skills and professional experience in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English language at least a B2 level
