Business/Functional Analyst-Mechelen-Dutch Speaking role for Facilities Services Client-Freelance Mission of up-to 1 year.g2 Recruitment’s client is undergoing a transformation program to replace their existing in-house CRM to a state-of-the-art CRM. As a result, they require a Functional/Business Analyst to help mediate the change process and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.What will you be doing?

• The client are planning the business change before they realise the digital change. It is key for you to help the business become accustomed to the changes.
• Communicating with the different levels of the business to understand both their spoken and unspoken needs. (The different departments don’t 100% know what they need all of the time).
• Translating the business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Understand the business and different challenges that the industry that my client work in can propose.

Key Requirements

• 5 years of experience within a similar role
• Hybrid working in Mechelen.
