At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Brussels!What will you be doing in this role:

• Analysis of Business requirements

• Documentation of Business requirements
• Business model analysis
• Business process analysis
• Business processes modelling
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis
• Risk analysis
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

RequirementsWhat you will need to succeed in this position:

• Bachelors degree and minimum 11 years of experience (or Masters degree and minimum 7 years experience)
• At least 1 year expertise in information systems matters
• At least 1 year expertise in large organisation administrative business processes
• At least 1 year experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• At least 1 year experience in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
• At least 1 year experience in Wiki and collaborative sites. At least 1 year of specific expertise in Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Rapid self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expert in business analysis, report writing, and engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Strong communication skills in multilingual, international, and multicultural settings. A strong command of the English language is required
