We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for an Business Analyst, working close to one of our main clients.Business Analyst Job Responsibilities / Role – Capture the current status of the BAU processes that the project should follow for deploying components ( e.g service introduction, release management), review if there is needed any escalation process required to cover the project plan requirements and ask the BAU teams these changes – This resource will support all the workstreams on the usage of these process and be the point of contact if any issue is identified. Mandatory skills – vast previous experience in a similar role in Financial services – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – proactive, hands on role and ensuring actions are completed, followed up on – 5+ years in Project Management Nice to have skills – experience in working in programme methodologies – Some Spanish Knowledge Qualities – Team player – Energetic, motivated and determined – Pragmatic and results-oriented – Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities – Excellent analytical and problem solving skills – Productive and able to manage time effectively Nº years of experience: 5+ years in PMO.Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).Work location100% remote within Spain.Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
