As a business analyst for the team that handles all data flows to enable the KYC teams to perform reviews, you can make a difference in how thousands of colleagues workYou and your jobAs a Senior Business Analyst in the Data Enablement / Data Producer Squad within the FEC TECH tribe, you are the link between the business, IT, data (external) parties, and architecture. Together with the Data Engineers, you ensure that migrations, new data points, and the newly built CDD Datastore go live according to the specified requirements and wishes.As our new colleague, you combine information from our stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business needs. You then integrate this into the technical part of your role: gathering and documenting the requirements needed for the design, development, and testing of the full implementation. As a BA within our squads, you will translate business requirements into clear user stories and convert them into innovative and (re)usable solutions**Fluency in both spoken and written Dutch is a mandatory requirement for this positionYou and your responsibilitiesGathering business and technical requirements by organizing and leading requirement sessions with cross-functional teamsDeveloping user stories, validating them with the team, and ensuring that the user stories can be picked up in our backlog system (Azure DevOps)

Contributing to the creation of the implementation plans, impact analyses, functional designs, and documentation of business requirements.You and your talentCompleted HBO/WO;Minimum 5 years work experience as a business analyst, process manager, or a similar role in a data domain;Experience in creating process flows and optimizing systems, with knowledge of associated control and reporting needs;Strong conceptual and analytical skills;Proactive and able to work independently;Focus on the customer;A team player and able to coach team members;An analytical thinker and problem solver with a can-do mentality;Technical background in Databricks or Azure Data Factory is a pre;Financial background is a pre.🚨 To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
