That you work in a dynamic environment where several DevOps teams make daily efforts to improve and optimize the core CRM system of Rabobank. This allows Rabobank employees to serve our customers in the best and most efficient way, enabling digital banking worldwide.As a business analyst within the Digital Customer Interactions tribe, you are responsible for the analysis of complex issues that require cross-team and cross-system solutions. You identify, model, assess and document the functional and non-functional design of the business requirements. You create overview and understand the big picture that needs to be resolved. You are decisive, know how to involve stakeholders at the right moment and you come up with clear advice and solutions that are aligned with both business and architecture.Your contribution

  • Advise on and design functional solutions for our CRM system with impact on external systems;
  • Translate business requirements into small chunks of work, called product backlog items;
  • Together with the CRM feature team you work in sprints to support on PBI implementation;
  • Conduct business impact analyses on themes and epics;
  • Manage and maintain relations with stakeholders;
  • challenge your peers on proposed solutions and decisions;
  • coach other business analysts in the area in further developing their skills
  • Be a conversation partner for the area triangle (Architect/area lead/tech lead);
  • Closely work together with a product owner on planning the quarter.

Your profileExperience

  • HBO/WO level, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis with preferable focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing complex systems in large corporate environments in a business analyst role.
  • Experience with the Agile way of working.
  • Analytic skills on big data;
  • Experience with Siebel, Pega Case Management and SQL DB2 gives you bonus points.
