The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Administrator to provide support for our team of ecologists at
our office in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, part-time role of between 21 and 28
hours per week with flexibility in the timing of those hours to be agreed.

You will work collaboratively with other office support staff to ensure the smooth running of
your local office and the wider business.

This will include booking of accommodation and making travel arrangements, managing survey
equipment, supporting purchase ledger, sales invoicing and expense processes and assisting in
running our project management software efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 and comfortable with other office software, including a
    willingness to learn to be a key user of our project and document management system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to deal effectively with changing and sometimes
    short deadlines.
  • Reliability and adaptability.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and confident, interested in the work we do.
