As a Business Account Manager in Novonesis’ Planetary Health Biosolutions division, you will be responsible for helping grow one of our strategic partnerships. Our team is focused on delivering support and innovation a Global Strategic Account, meaning that you will have a direct impact on a key performance driver of Novonesis.This role is dynamic, with account responsibilities covering both regional sales management as well as global operations coordination, working with local counterparts situated across the world. You’ll get to actively shape a regional opportunity pipeline, coordinate with our global supply planners, and own global financial analysis and reporting.As a key stakeholder for the account, you will directly contribute to strategic initiatives, working closely with both commercial, marketing, and technical colleagues to shape future growth in the partnership.Role Description
Our fast-paced, sales-based team offers ownership from day one, making this position ideal for someone who wants to bring their experience to a high impact role in a global organization.You’re a great fit for the role if you:· Have prior sales or operations experience and enjoy working with customers to solve challenges· Are a high-performing and ambitious individual who is looking to grow in a global organization· Are a quick learner with sharp analytical abilities combined with effective communication skills· Are a great team player who is energized by working in a fast-paced environmentTo succeed you should have:· A degree (BSc or MSc) in a field like business administration, finance, economics, international business, supply chain, marketing (or other relevant fields combined with sales experience)· 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Operations, Finance, or other commercial roles with tangible results· Excellent written and verbal communication in English· Proven track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail· Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)· Salesforce knowledge is an advantageLocation:
