We are looking for a Building Operations Engineer for our Integrated Facility Management business line on our Amazon account dedicated team.

Role Purpose

Technical professional responsible for building operations, maintenance systems management, and facility infrastructure support within JLL’s Integrated Facility Management business line.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance regimes and respond to unplanned maintenance activities within agreed SLAs
• Building Systems Management: Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS systems
• Technical Projects: Manage small works including carpentry, electrical installations, and facility improvements
• Utility Management: Track utility usage (electric, water, gas) and implement energy efficiency initiatives
• Asset Management: Maintain building operating manuals, conduct fabric audits, and manage technical stock (bulbs, filters, power supplies)
• Compliance & Safety: Conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain safety equipment/procedures

Technical Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in building maintenance with strong DIY and carpentry skills
• Technical Knowledge: Electrical knowledge, BMS/system operation, and understanding of statutory maintenance requirements
• Education: Technical diploma/degree or minimum leaving certificate with relevant experience
• Systems: Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and maintenance management systems
