As a Building Management & Maintenance Supervisor on our Production site in Louvain-la-Neuve, you’ll be ensure the right level of service for our facilities. You will be supported by a small team as well as subcontractors.

Your mission

• Facilities management

• Management of a team and sub-contractors.

• Hard FM (70%)

• Building Management & Maintenance including exterior, interior, plumbing, regulatory controls, lifts /Elevator and Moving Walkways Maintenance,..

• Fire Protection & Life safety systems

• Generation & Distribution Utilities

• Perform the preventive & curative maintenance of the infrastructure (buildings included production areas, offices, labs, parking, ….) –

• Supervise and organize the works of internal peoples and external (contractors/suppliers).

• Ensure preventive maintenance, repairs of fire/gas detection and protection systems of the site.

• Soft FM (supported by an onsite soft services supervisor) (30%)

• Workplace Management Services, exterior services, Security, Waste Management, (Industrial) Cleaning (including pest control, window cleaning,..), Hospitality Services (Reception, Events), Subcontractor Managements, Space Planning

• SLA and KPI Management of all Facility related services on site

• Budget (Opex and Capex) Follow up

You bring

• Engineer with technical background (HVAC, electricity, building, mechanic …) or equivalent professional experience

• 3 years’ experience in Facility/building maintenance in chemical/food industries or relevant experience in Facility & Building

• QHSE mindset

• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills

• A problem-solving approach

• A partnering and collaborating mindset

• A 1st experience in management

• Fluency in French and English and with a good level in Dutch
