Working in the Building Maintenance team, you will take a leading role in ensuring the operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will create safe and well-maintained environments, manage remodeling and renovation projects, and optimize the operating economy of our buildings.About the DepartmentThe department is part of Facility Management, which provides service and support to all areas at AGC Biologics in Denmark. The position is organizationally placed in Building Maintenance, where we have high ambitions for our deliveries, and where personal development and collaboration are essentials key. You will be part of a team consisting of six dedicated colleagues who service the individual buildings in Søborg.About the PositionYour primary tasks are to create a safe and well-maintained environment for all employees, including remodeling and renovation projects, participation in shutdowns, preparation of plans for internal and external maintenance, and ensuring daily user contact.All tasks are carried out in close collaboration with users and colleagues to coordinate and plan tasks so that they are completed continuously and in a controlled manner. You will also ensure that the site’s production runs 24/7 while optimizing the operating economy of the buildings. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring that the chosen solutions have the best life cycle costs in purchase, operating costs, maintenance, and environment.As a client, you will also manage smaller technical construction projects and participate in handovers, ensuring that AGC Biologics receives the services described for future operations and maintenance.You have…

  • A background as a building engineer, building constructor, or similar technical field.
  • Practical experience in operation and maintenance, including project planning and management of construction projects.
  • The willingness and competence to meet users and partners and function as both an internal and external sparring partner.
  • Experience participating in change processes.
  • A strong personal motivation and drive.
  • It is an advantage if you have GMP experience and an understanding of the necessity of documentation, as you probably have experience with deviations, change requests, and SOPs.
