We’re looking to appoint a Building Fabric Supervisor in our growing maintenance team.Salary package up to £38,982 per annum, plus a generous benefits package including 38 days leave (including bank holidays and customary days).In this role you’ll be responsible for supervising the building fabric team and 3rd party contractors to ensure statutory, planned and reactive maintenance is provided to the university campus to agreed standards/KPIs.
