Brand Protection AnalystIn order to build a sustainable business, we, as a financial institution, need to know at all times what our customers are up to and whether this is in line with Card Scheme regulations and our risk appetite. The Scheme Operations team is responsible for ensuring that our merchants are compliant with these regulations.The Scheme Operations team is based in Amsterdam and works closely with its counterparts in Singapore, San Francisco, São Paulo and Mexico City. You will also collaborate with other teams, such as Compliance, Account Management, Customer Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering. You will join a young and fast-growing team with continuous evolving global processes. You are a critical thinker, someone who takes ownership and learns fast. You are always looking for new ways to optimize risk mitigation efforts.What you’ll do:
- Perform content monitoring across our global portfolio of customers;
- Identify and act on potential content violations related to prohibited and restricted products or services being offered through our payments platform;
- Analyze and report on content trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations across different departments;
- Work closely with different teams to address potential content violations and to develop and implement scalable monitoring strategies;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adyen’s risk appetite, industry regulations, and evolving standards;
- Optimize and document processes and workflows.
Who you are:
- You have a good understanding of content monitoring in the financial industry;
- You have good analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential content violations;
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- You are detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance;
- You have the ability to adapt to changing procedures, regulations, and industry trends;
- You have a strong sense of ethics and ownership;
- Experience in content monitoring, risk management, compliance, or a related role is a plus.
- You have excellent communication and language skills in English;
