At Perrigo, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven and creative Brand Manager to lead ellaOne(R) –Emergency contraception for CEE (Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Adriatic’s).
You will drive the development and execution of brand plans to grow brand equity and positioning across all communication and distribution channels and across many different touchpoints in close collaboration with the respective team members.

Scope of the Role
-Build a strong understanding of consumers, shoppers and competitors across key markets (Romania, Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Adriatics) leveraging available data and insights.
-Support the growth of brand equity by contributing to marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and market performance.
-Develop and execute annual brand activation plans across all relevant consumer touchpoints, ensuring strong and consistent brand expression.
-Lead full-funnel campaign executions, including:
-Media and digital activation
-HCP communication and engagement
-Educational and Ppurpose-driven and educational platforms
-Translate data, analytics, and consumer insights into clear activation plans and optimisations to improve campaign effectiveness.
-Identify opportunities to enhance brand performance and support exploration of new initiatives aligned with consumer needs and market trends.
-Manage and optimize the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade, Regulatory) to ensure smooth and aligned execution of marketing activities.
-Work in close partnership with the global team, contributing input and ensuring strong local implementation of global strategies and assets.
-Maintain in-depth market knowledge by monitoring competitors and the broader environment through internal and external research to identify opportunities and trends.
Experience Required
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within pharma, OTC or FMCG.
• Experience in OTC marketing and HCP communication is an advantage.
• Experience in supporting or managing brand activities, with exposure to campaign development and execution across multiple channels.
• Strong Good understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and healthcare professional (HCP communication principles.
• Strong sense of ownership, assertiveness, and proactive approach.
• Collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical actions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional Eastern European language is an advantage.
