Your Impact

-You oversee and manage the sales operations across the entire MF full line
-You develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base and drive growth
-You develop a brand strategy to promote a strong brand image
-You lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, enhancing brand awareness within the organization
-You collaborate with the Dealer Development Manager to implement and maintain the Dealer Standards Program, driving continuous improvement and dealer development
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-+5 years experience in a related sales position and knowledge of the agricultural industry
-Excellent people management skills
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work
-Profound knowledge of the dealer environment and the digitalization of dealerships
-Experienced in Sales Funnel management in a CRM environment
