The Position
As a Brand Manager Haemophilia, you will drive and manage marketing activities to realize full potential of haemophilia area. As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward. You will be responsible for building brand equity across HCPs, patients and other relevant stakeholders and you will ensure brand strategy alignment with Global, incorporating local perspective.
Furthermore you will:
-Lead pre-launch, launch, and post launch brand activities in haemophilia: shaping the market, creating product awareness and positioning
-Be responsible for products promotional strategy: organize promotional events, brand internal and external communication, annual tactical plan to drive brand fast and strong uptake
-Manage the assigned budget to reach business objectives being ready to leverage extra-funding and investment opportunities
-Build sales forecast and analyse market trends and product performance
-Lead extensive Cross-Functional team to investigate environmental challenges, impact on market and stakeholders and ensure cross functional alignment
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role you have a relevant academic background in economics or life science, preferably with a master’s degree in marketing. You have at least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, within pharma industry.
Other requirements:
-You have a previous experience in product launches
-You have excellent written & verbal communication, coupled with strong problem-solving, execution and proactive attitude.
-You are result oriented, with both strategic and analytic mindset, and customer oriented with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships
-You are Fluent both in Italian & English

The rare diseases department manages marketing and sales activities relating to the following pathologies: haemophilia, growth disorders and hormone replacement therapy.
