Skincare Finance ManagerCOTY, CDI H/FThe Skincare Finance Manager will report to the Finance Director and will support the controlling for Orveda and Lancaster brands providing reporting on the full P&L for both brands, challenging Marketing teams on the spend, and the costs of initiatives, merchandising and production.Your main focus :A. Skincare Financials ownership

• Build and track central budget for Skincare Brands,
• Challenge Marketing team on single costs for Production, Merchandising, Marketing Materials,
• Understand et educate Marketing teams on the value chain creation for innovation, Marketing spends,
• Focus on Capex & Merchandising investments,
• Drive Gross Margin agenda for Skincare.

B. Projects agenda

• Support Change Management Agenda of the Skincare,
• Participate to any new projects on Skincare.

Other than that, you:

• Have the ability to understand big picture/concept and detail
• Are advanced in valuation and portfolio analysis
• Are excellent in financial management
• Have a superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated Strategist as an operator mindset
• Are proficient in Organization design and team development
• Have Big data Analytics experience
• Have the capacity to energize teams to go beyond boundaries
• Have a Degree in Finance or any other related science. Advanced degrees (PhD/MBA) is a plus
• Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Have Project management experience
• Have a good understanding of new product development processes & stage gate approach
• Have a good Understanding of MRP system logic
• Were exposed to production environment & interaction of packaging, process, manufacturing
• Have a strong Microsoft excel & Microsoft project capability
• Having an additional background in planning/purchasing/technical environment could be beneficial
