Do you relish the chance of being able to have accountability of launching an exciting product within PAH?The BCM Pulmonary Hypertension is responsible for achieving financial, strategic and execution objectives for our lead PH brand in close collaboration with the cross functional team. The primary activities include but are not limited to:To manage the brand/portfolio:

  • Launch readiness: plan and execute flawlessly to secure launch excellence
  • Market understanding: Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
  • Strategy development: Participation at regional brand meetings, understanding and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plan
  • Project & event management: Implementation and tracking of (digital) campaigns, initiatives and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer focus: build close relationships with KSLs and other relevant stakeholders aimed at gaining insights, co-developing materials or implementing specific programs.
  • Customer focus: Participation at national, regional or local congresses or own events
  • Financial acumen: Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses in alignment with the BU and finance department based on local external and global internal assumptions.
  • Cost management: allocating resources and managing budgets. Tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly
  • Cross functional collaboration: ensure alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between various stakeholder- departments such as Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, demand planning etc. Participating in or leading cross functional workstreams of different nature
  • Foster new ways of working: Agile, scrum, OKR, etc.

  • University degree
  • Strong and proven experience in marketing and sales
  • Preferably experience in product launches and/or orphan diseases
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and at least 1 or 2 native languages (French and/or Dutch)
  • Excellent presentation skills in English.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Excellent Budget management competency
  • Cross functional collaboration & leadership (Medical Affairs, CX, Market Access, KAM…)
  • Excellent business acumen and growth mindset
