This role requires an excellent background in communications and marketing. What your role will be?

  • Develop and refine content articulating the Ansell brand value proposition, facilitating regional campaign adaptation.
  • Coordinate and supervise global corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across regions and business units.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with teams to implement optimizations.
  • Spearhead content creation and positioning strategies for Ansell Services.
  • Provide comprehensive training to marketing teams on the updated Ansell branding, facilitating integration into campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Conceptualize and present proposals for thought leadership content, positioning Ansell as a leader in safety solutions, and oversee execution post-approval.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Monitor competitor advertising & campaigns and lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends and opportunities for Ansell promotions.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with industry influencers and key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility.
  • Maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing communications channels.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or commensurate experience and education combination
  • Solid Experience in communications, PR and / or marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple projects, working with a variety of teams around the world.
  • Knowledge of the PPE / safety industry.
  • A track record in managing complex projects with many stakeholders.
  • Experience in directing agency partners and external resources.
  • This position may require minimal international travel (5%)
